Global Action Plan shortlisted to win a Charity Times Award
Global Action Plan gets shortlisted in the Charity Times Awards, which are designed to recognise and reward excellence in the charity sector.
Global Action Plan and Sky
Our partnership with Sky has been recognised by the Charity Times Awards 2010, a prestigious awards ceremony for the charity sector.
In 2008, Sky and Global Action Plan started a three-year partnership to fight climate change by transforming people’s understanding of environmental issues and inspiring practical action in everyday lives.
We have worked with Sky to benefit schools, local communities, their own employees, their leaders and their suppliers.
Our charity partnership is shortlisted
Global Action Plan is is one of eight shortlisted charities in the Corporate National Partnership of the Year category.
The nomination recognises the great work and acheievents of Global Action Plan in our ongoing partnership.
The awards ceremony takes place at the Awards Gala Dinner 1st September 2010 and we can't wait.
We feel it is important for excellence to be both encouraged and rewarded. The Awards provide the charity sector with a dedicated event of its own, rewarding the work carried out in difficult and competitive conditions, and establishes a unique annual congress of the pre-eminent figures in the sector at the premier charity event of the year.
