Hire our interactive exhibits

 

All of our ecointeractive communication tools can be hired for a range of corporate and public events.

What sort of events?

  • Large scale community events including festivals
  • Public exhibitions/consultations
  • Internal communication events e.g. carbon awareness days or for the launching of an organisation’s sustainable travel plans
  • Corporate away days

A three-tiered pricing structure

The cost to hire is dependent on the nature of the organisation that is hiring. We have a three-tiered pricing structure for:

  • Charity / Schools rate
  • Local Authority/ SME rate (also including universities and hospitals)
  • Corporate rate

Delivery costs (which include Global Action Plan’s fully trained educators, travel and subsistence costs) are dependent on the hirer's geographical location. For example, inner London, within 100 miles of inner London, and within 200 miles of inner London.

Please note, locations further afield and outside the UK are priced individually.

Should more than one exhibit be required, and/or for more than one consecutive day, the pricing becomes more cost-effective.

Individual packages can also be designed to meet organisation’s specific requirements.
