Global Action Plan has been selected as a Creating the Future award finalist in the category of Inspiring Young People for our Action at School programme.

All finalists and winners will be announced at a awards ceremony to be held at the Roundhouse in London on 5th June 2008.

This awards scheme succeeds the Deputy Prime Minister's Award for Sustainable Communities, which since 2003 has recognised projects and initiatives that contribute to making better places in which to live and work.

The awards celebrate achievement in the public, private and third sectors. They promote organisations, partnerships and individuals helping to transform our cities, towns or villages.
